User Agreement

Welcome to Interlude PW (hereinafter referred to as "the Project", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of our website at interlude.pw and the game server services we provide.

This Project is an independent test server (emulator) created for educational and research purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Perfect World Entertainment, Perfect World Co., Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries.

By accessing or using the Project, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Project after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Project. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.

When you create an account, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any third-party software (hacks, bots, cheats, exploits) that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to the administration.
• Engaging in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior towards other players.
• Impersonating staff members or other players.
• Attempting to compromise the server infrastructure or other players' accounts.
• Advertising other private servers or unrelated services.

All virtual items, characters, and in-game currency exist only within the Project and have no real-world monetary value. Any voluntary donations made to support the Project are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Donations are used solely to cover server hosting and maintenance costs.

The Project is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including in-game characters, items, or progress.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Project and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Project at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. We also reserve the right to shut down the Project entirely at our sole discretion.

All game content, trademarks, logos, and copyrights related to Perfect World belong to their respective owners. This Project does not claim ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Perfect World Entertainment or Perfect World Co., Ltd. We fully respect intellectual property rights and will promptly comply with any legitimate takedown request from the rights holder.
