1. Donation Policies & Refunds
Donations are completely optional and are not required to enjoy the full experience of Interlude Perfect World.
All donations are credited automatically to your account upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of virtual goods, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the virtual currency or items have been used in any way.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where purchased virtual currency or items have not been used and a technical issue has occurred.
Violations of the Terms of Service do not qualify for refunds.
2. Chargebacks
Attempting to reverse a payment or initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of all related accounts. This may include IP and hardware-based restrictions.
Accounts involved in chargebacks may be permanently restricted from accessing our servers until the disputed amount is resolved.
Our team actively contests fraudulent chargebacks and cooperates with payment providers in such cases.
3. Item Exchange or Replacement
If you accidentally purchase the wrong item from the Cash Shop, you may request an exchange by contacting our support team.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase. In some cases, requests submitted within 7 days may be reviewed at our discretion.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must remain unused
- The item must not be consumed, upgraded, or modified
- No advantages gained from the item should have been used
This policy applies only to accidental purchases (such as misclicks or selecting the wrong item). Requests made after extended use or long periods of time will not be eligible.
We do not perform rollbacks or reverse progress related to used items, consumables, or resources.
Each request is reviewed individually, and our team reserves the right to approve or decline exchanges depending on the circumstances.
