Description

Extract the second azure dragon rune located in the sealing container at the bottom of the river beneath the underwater foundation of the western support pillar of the City of Celestial Spheres. The Water Dragon has protected the runes with underwater currents. When retrieving the runes, try to avoid these currents. If the image on the runes appears different, try to rotate them so they assume the correct position.
