Description
Open six rune slots for mercy, glory, courage, modesty, loyalty and sincerity.
To open these slots, you must complete a series of 'Development - Runes' quests:
Hero's Trial - Mercy
Hero's Trial - Glory
Hero's Trial - Courage
Hero's Trial - Modesty
Hero's Trial - Loyalty
Hero's Trial - Sincerity
These quests can be obtained from heralds near the city hall. After completing each quest, you receive the corresponding permit: Certificate of Mercy, Certificate of Glory, Certificate of Courage, Certificate of Modesty, Certificate of Loyalty or Certificate of Sincerity.
Right-click on the certificates in sequence to open the corresponding rune slots.
