Description
The Allied Forces' plan to head for the whirlpool didn't go smoothly. They were short on rations and supplies. It's difficult to get rations to them, as the Shokas blocked the coastline along Kirin Town and cut off the sea supply line. Go find the commander of Might's Outpost for a way to help out.
