Description
The Nameless Hermit can create a psychic link with the sea monster to learn why it is attackin the Allied Fleet, but she needs some things from the refugees in the Glowing Forest. Get an Iron Hook from Blacksmith Tsui, Searope from Craftsman Yumcha, and Seasalt Incense from Apothecary Miao Fukon. Return to the Nameless Hermit in the Glowing Forest once you've acquired them.
