Description

Some malevolent figure has been using the Ice Thralls to set up a magical array which collects energy from the rage of the Glacial Prison inmates. Use Source of Ice and Snow to weave Jadesnow Rope. It should be strong enough to break the Ice Thralls away from the array and pull them to the Trappers.
