VZ: Interrogation of the Arbit

Description

You and Yin Yu enter the Chamber of Arbiters and stand upon a strange lotus-shaped platform. Before you stand three arbiters, while on the tower walls countless faces of other arbiters are visible, who appear to remain unawakened. The arbiters show no surprise at your appearance. With expressionless faces, they announce the purpose of your visit and declare that all is predetermined. Their judgment could not have erred, for the prophecy about Yin Yu states: 'The jades shall split in two'. Yin Yu interrupts them, saying that there are no prophecies about her in the Hueiwan Palace, and asks how such a conclusion was reached. The arbiters do not react to her words and fall silent.
