Since the creation of the Perfect World, its intelligent inhabitants have spread across the land for generations, disseminating the power of their beliefs everywhere, which exerts significant influence on all this diversity of life forms. Little by little, through the natural cycle of elements, the five elemental forces gradually mixed with this faith. Eventually they absorbed it within themselves, thus gaining their own consciousness and becoming mysterious spiritual entities, unique among all other races. The earth element is filled with wisdom, wood possesses a celestial soul, metal has an earthly soul, water contains spirit, and fire holds vital essence. Great sages learned of the existence of these creatures and after some time gave them a name - elemental genies.
