Description

Drag any learned skill to quick access slot 2.
To do this, left-click on the skill icon and, holding the button, drag the skill to the quick access panel on the screen (with numbers).

You can drag skills from both the 'Skills' section and the 'Learned' section. You can access the latter by clicking the corresponding button in the upper left part of the skills window.
