Description

Open the quest journal 'Q' and select 'World Stories' in the upper right corner.
Click 'Center' - 'Chakra Opening', highlight 'Soul Understanding' and click 'Quests'. The needed quest will immediately open in the 'Available' tab. Complete all quests in the 'Chakra Opening' series.
