Description
After contemplating, Tian Shou decided to change his opinion on how Blood Spirits should interact with the rest of the world. You participated in changing the rules and witnessed this event.
This quest is completed in the special location 'Practice Grounds'. Upon leaving it, you can return using the orb (149, 244) in the Sacred Forest in the Central Lands. Accept the corresponding quest at the orb.
If you wish to temporarily interrupt the quest chain, you can leave the location and return to the Sacred Forest using the orb (387, 410) at the cave entrance in the Practice Grounds.
