This quest is completed in the special location 'Throne Hall'. Upon leaving it, you can return using the sphere (149, 244) in the Sacred Forest in the Central Lands. Accept the corresponding quest from it.
If you wish to temporarily interrupt the quest chain, you can leave the location and return to the Sacred Forest using the sphere (438, 483) near the throne in the Throne Hall.
