Mercy from Hydro Titan
Description
Hydro Titan was the closest one from the place where Lochie was born so he came here first. He saw a titan baby born from lightning and fire so he wanted to be closer. However, he was most restrained by these two elements so he could only bless the baby from afar with his ability to transform anything. He wished the baby, with the ability given, to find something to resist against these two elements until Hydro Titan found some ways to rescue him
