Description
After giving Jewelscalen's Scale to Jian, he told you that a way of going back to the past is recorded on the tome. Put a kind of stone named Nether Sulfur on Sword Altar in Etherblade City, and you can temporarily open the Chrono Rift. As for where to find Nether Sulfur, there is no record in it. Since Sword Altar is in Etherblade Elder, why not ask the Elder of Etherblade about it.
