On the event day, players Lv 80+ can talk to Littlefoot in South City (576,619) to take the Dragon Boat Race quest, and go to the docks in City of Misfortune to participate. From 10:00 - 23:00, a race will start once per 30 minutes. Players need to collect a Dragon Boat Race Pass (available for 24 hours) from the Boat Manager (647,978) in City of Misfortune. Players who have completed the quest can talk to Littlefoot in South City (576,619) to exchange the rewards.
