Description
Born disfigured, Harpis was shunned by the other Winged Elves despite her prowess in battle. Fleeing as far from the City of the Plume as she could, she was found by Lord Shosan, who recognized her skill and named her as a Commander. Harpis has been loyal to Lord Shosan ever since.
