Meiyi the Wrathful wasn't all that wrathful... but her enemies never knew that. A master of the art of misdirection and deception, Meiyi relied on her wits to best her foes. Meiyi had one love: the sea. As an embodiment of the oceans, she protects Perfect World's sea life from harm and controls the tides during summer.
