Go to the island off the Tai Chi Shore and kill the Poisonfang Vipents and Barrens Pythons for 5 Vipent Gallbladders and 5 Python Gallbladders. Deliver them to Master Tseng at the top of the cliff to make Lofty Orb when you are done.
