Catch the Winged Elf Agent
Description
The "Strange Winged Elves" appear to be Chrono Sneaker agents. Kill 30 Chrono Sneaker agents to earn the Human's trust. They can be found to the south of the Merchant Encampment, east of the Whitewing Encampment. Note: Only regular Chrono Sneakers will be counted towards this quest.
